Terms of service
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and RunSheet ("we") for your use of runsheet.io. By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a team or business, you agree on its behalf.
Your account and team
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- A team's owner and admins manage its members, view links and subscription.
- Every member of a team is an editor and takes a seat on the team's plan. People who only open a view link don't take a seat.
Plans and billing
- Subscriptions are per team, billed monthly in advance: Solo $19 AUD, Team $39 AUD, Pro $79 AUD a month. What each plan includes is on the pricing section.
- A team's first subscription starts with a 14-day trial. Your card is taken at checkout. During the trial you get Solo features; templates, PDF export and the rest of your chosen plan start when the trial ends and your card is charged automatically. Later subscriptions for the same team don't include a trial.
- Your subscription renews each month and your card is charged automatically until you cancel.
- You can change plan or cancel any time from the billing page. If you cancel, your team keeps access until the end of the current trial or billing period, and the subscription doesn't renew.
- When you change plan, Stripe adjusts your next invoice for the time left in the current period.
- If a payment fails, your team can't open its run sheets until the payment is fixed. View links you've already shared keep showing the run sheet.
- Refunds: No, except where the law where you live says a payment must be refunded. If you think you've been charged in error, email hello@runsheet.io.
- We may change prices. We'll email the team owner at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription.
View links
Anyone who has a view link can open the run sheet it shows, without signing in. A show caller link can also run the live show. Only give links to people who should have them, and revoke links you no longer need.
Your content
You own the run sheets and other content you put into RunSheet. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can provide the service to you, your team and the people you share it with. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use RunSheet to break the law, to send spam, to try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, or to disrupt the service for others.
The service
We work to keep RunSheet available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything critical, such as a PDF export, for show day. We may update features over time. We won't remove a feature your plan includes without telling you first.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees your team paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the law allows us to limit liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Ending your account
You can delete your team and your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect.
